I really like the discussions here, mainly the ones about open source software and privacy. Lemmy is decentralized and open source.

Now there’s a huge delay before they actually appear in the notification pop-up, but if you check the notifications page manually they’re there.
I do use Reddit but now I am using Lemmy more.
