This is an extremely comprehensive review of the events during and around the 2022 color revolution attempt in Iran, what led up to it, as well as the wide reaching consequences of its failure. It’s lengthy but well worth it imo. It debunks or addresses pretty much every propaganda narrative surrounding these events. If the whole piece is too long for you i recommend reading at least the Conclusion.

Also take a look at sections six (“The Power Struggle in Iran”) and seven (“The Saudi Deal”), particularly if you want to learn something about the politics of the region beyond just the 2022 events in Iran, as these provide great insights into a) Iran’s internal political struggles and b) the connection between Saudi-Iranian relations and the conflicts in Syria and Yemen, both of which are excellently explained here.
