Murica thinks that wars are won by numbers and technology, they really dont understand the importance of a strong will to fight. Thats why the lost in Korea,Vietnam, and Afghanistan.
Is he being disingenuous or stupid?
I’m guessing stupid since there’s no logical reason to say those things if you know that you’ll look like an idiot in short order. Only reason I can think of would be to allow them to withdraw quietly without creating an early panic.
