It seems like a convenience measure to me, why steal one when you could steal two?
Those are like 5 liter bottles (insert meme about cooking oil and muricans), i would assume shoplifting even one is problematic.
Damn, 5 liters? I don’t think I could even get through one of those before it goes bad, and cooking oil lasts for ages.
On the other hand, shoplift a couple of bottles and get to do a bit of light weightlifting at the same time, sounds like a win/win to me!
