    We have reading rooms and libraries in every village. Most of these are run by committees mostly comprising local party members. These places act as a hub for many cultural activities. Well informed common people are a boon for communist movement. As we have seen, after every successful revolution great effort is put into education and literacy missions. If not we get people like Pol Pot.
