They were appropriate.’’ Maloney said the altering of Allen’s photo was done to “look like the disguises that were on the robber,’’ who wore a baseball-style hat and glasses, with no tattoos visible”
They were so dead set on putting a black man in prison they photo-shopped his tattoos off. Luckily his defense lawyer noticed and pointed it out. This wasn’t a one time thing. They have been doing it for years.
