I’m sure once western countries have privatized everything and finished stripping the copper wires that they’ll be a cyber utopia in no time.
That’s right, democracy will finally have been achieved.
So, nothing has changed
A little over a year ago, this happened: “Ukraine devalues hryvnia currency by 25% against U.S. dollar”, and it has stayed quite stable against the USD since then, so stable as to appear pegged to it through some mechanism, though I don’t know what.
