This is also what many streets in China look like, especially in the newer urban neighborhoods. Super wide sidewalks, good tree cover, people walking around, bikes and scooters common but not too many. Didn’t see many kids on the sidewalks when I was there last, but in the housing complex there were kids playing mostly unsupervised anytime I went out.
