Unfortunately, I still can’t use it for work. I swear I read an article some while back about agents being deliberately frustrating. After several hours, a trip several miles away because the agent with “12 years experience” who insisted my number should be transferred, I needed to -be near more towers away from trees -remove and reinsert the physical SIM card -factory reset my device, erasing all the transferring I’d already done

hadn’t even managed to transfer my service from one device to another.

Additionally, when I got back home and went online to chat with an agent and get my ticket number, I had to ask six times before she told me she “couldn’t” give it to me, and ignored my saying I will try again tomorrow, because I use it for work and kept asking if I wanted her to do it. I asked for a real human, and she said she was.

So I get to do it all again tomorrow! It’s Verizon subsidiary, btw. No sympathy needed, I just wanted to vent and share how horrible this company is.
