    If you keep the habit long enough at one point the chore becomes a necessity; it will become hard to function effectively without repeating the habit. The trick is to make sure you can keep the habit long enough so that the quantiative changes becomes a qualitative one. Finding something you enjoy and doing it more, some people distract themselves with music to endure longer, consider having a higher proportion weight resistance over “cardio” can be more “time efficient” depending on your goals, and ensure you are eating and sleeping well (the latter two can be their own battles). If you’re not white (and even if you are white) then consider getting Vitamin D checked especially if there is not enough sun.
