For a Russian made and absolutely incredible documentary on the Eastern front, I would recommend watching Soviet Storm: War in the East. There are both Russian (subbed) and English dubbed versions which are very well made and cover the whole war from Barbarossa to Manchuria, with entire episodes per theater/battle along with lesser mentioned theaters like the naval war, Soviet intelligence (one of my favorite), and the partisan war.
Extremely well made, extreme detailed, and I guarantee you’ll learn something as they are absurdly in depth and seamlessly blend the Soviet and Nazi perspectives on the events unfolding with no disgustingly common propaganda or grandstanding.
