Right now I’m trying to reach 85kgs of body weight in a month or three, in a healthy way of course. Currently sitting at around 78-80kgs.

Also took up squats again after a lengthy period of not doing it due to pretty big lower back issues (caused by leg press, of all things). Trying to take it a little bit easier and to keep form in mind. Currently doing 80kgs but I hope to reach 150kg before summer starts.

Also liking this job alcohol thing so I might just try to keep sober as well.

    Get down to ~140lb. I’m relatively average in height/borderlining on short. In November I was around ~200lb and I’m at ~165lb now. BMI still puts me on the lower end of “overweight” but I’m making progress by eating better. A couple years ago I weighed ~120lb then a bad bout of depression skyrocketed my weight. 120 might have been too thin, though, bordering on underweight, and I got a couple worried comments from friends that I may have had an ED, though I’m not really sure if I did - my eating has always been disordered. Idk. It’s fuckin’ hard.

    BUT I just won an elliptical in a workplace raffle and I am super excited to use it. I work out my upper body relatively regularly but only really do squats and no cardio, so this may be a game changer.

      That’s a huge loss in a couple of months. Losing weight can be a pain, so good luck with that comrade. You’ve got this.
