Right now I’m trying to reach 85kgs of body weight in a month or three, in a healthy way of course. Currently sitting at around 78-80kgs.

Also took up squats again after a lengthy period of not doing it due to pretty big lower back issues (caused by leg press, of all things). Trying to take it a little bit easier and to keep form in mind. Currently doing 80kgs but I hope to reach 150kg before summer starts.

Also liking this job alcohol thing so I might just try to keep sober as well.

    My current bench goal is to reach 200 lbs. I am currently benching 185 and it’s tough but I’m noticing progression in how many reps I can push. My absolute goal is to push to 200 by end of February. I don’t have any other goals besides that. I guess maybe to eat healthier like yogurt and fruit and stuff
