They are major contributors to most political campaigns, and will routinely organize against anyone who dares question the US-Israel relation, condemn Israeli occupation, or speak in favour of Palestine, often using the antisemitism card. They wield a lot of power and are not afraid to use it.
Nikky Haley’s political rise is largely owed to AIPAC. This kind of language has been seen by every AIPAC-sponsored politician, indicating some sort of communication has been delivered to them on how to talk about this.
