Make a communist villain/antagonist, but make him/her/them have many good points and have a good amount of sympathetic traits that even the in-universe heroes/protagonists even concede that they have good points, also try not to make said character do a “randomly blows up a hospital for no reason to remind everyone their a villain/antagonist” trope because that’s dumb, just for a bit of a challenge. Also, you can make them like a reflection/allegory of communists as a whole without the demonization capitalist propaganda likes to do.

Anders was based for blowing up the chantry in DA2 and I’m tired of pretending he wasn’t, I see so much pearl clutching from Dragon Age fans on this because of the method he used.

(Note: he’s pretty explicitly a fantasy-commie of a sort in the universe. Talks about liberation a lot and some flavor text tells you he’s writing a revolutionary manifesto. But he blows something up, so his ideas are no longer worthwhile.)

Of course there are a million examples. Killmonger from Black Panther, the fucking Flagsmashers from that shitty Marvel show. Joker. The Riddler. Fr there are a million examples in capeshit alone, not to mention everywhere else.
