It is possible that they get weeded out of India in the next decade or two, primarily because the other national party is a liberal joke, and an anarchist party is lately on the rise. Also people are a mixed bag of liberal stupidity and Hindu conservatives/fascists purposely desiring classism and socio-economic division in society so they can always live off better than the oppressed and exploited.
Modi and his BJP party got the biggest victory this election out of all elections in Gujarat for some bizarre reason. UP will remain a stronghold of these Hindutva fanatics for a while, because it is the heart of the saffron cow belt.
The religion problem will probably never solve until the whole world goes cyborg mode and we are forced to adapt. We can easily shame American MAGA Catholic fascists in terms of insane levels of conservatism, that is how bad it is with North India. I doubt anyone beats them, they just lack the brains to pair with brawn, to go full Nazi, if I were to be rude and blunt. It is very horrible, and the best (or worst) part is that nobody outside of North India, or perhaps any Indian that knows and learns a lot, can understand this whole apparatus properly.
