I’m totally convinced that the US could launch a full scale invasion of a foreign country we’re not even talking about, without anyone in America ever hearing about it
It kind of happened already. People take days to notice, and months and years to accept X or Y event happened. Vietnam and Iraq were times when people were barely vigilant, and then it is all just full country on coma.
