Okay I’m not Vietnamese, but I’m going to to barge in regardless:
There’s this type of Vietnamese balm called “Golden Star”. Little metal circle of a package. Used to be extremely popular in Russia and jokingly referred to as Panacea. Really does a lot - clears up sinuses, helps with inflammation, etc.
