Do constitutional monarchies usually have the king exercising "supreme command of the Armed Forces"? His actions are supposed to have to be countersigned but it's still so wild to me.

Edit: This is in the Spanish constitution, I thought it wasn’t too clear.

According to the constituteproject.org, yes that seems to be the case. For example, Malaysia’s constitution:
