You can see identical in every city and most towns in Poland too. Media whine about them all the time but the prices are going up, and the 50 year old blocks are in better condition than 10 year old private developer ones.
Fun fact: they are slowly getting back, i see new ones being build across Poland, unfortunately by private developers for exorbitant prices for petty burgies and credit slaves.
