    The watering down of terms like “genocide” and their consequences. Wanting to stop the people who actively try to cause genocides is the real genocide now apparently.

        Do liberals still remember that they’re supposed to be outraged about that? The media hasn’t spoken about it in a while, probably long enough for them to forget that Xinjiang exists.

          They still bring it up relentlessly. Mostly if OUR politicians behave like crap. Baerbock called Xi a dictator recently and was reprimanded by Chinas foreign minister. Our Liberals didn’t miss a beat before supporting Baerbock and bringing up the supposed genocide in Xinjiang.

            Oh yep. I expect the cages to become political issue #2 again as soon as the republicans win the election. (Issue #1 of course is “orange man bad”)

          It sometimes comes up when you mention China but they seem to have memory holed it for the most part.
