Every ballistic missile is nuclear capable so that’s hardly news. The Pentagon already knows the US would lose to China in open war so antagonizing them directly is off the table.

Does not look like an ICBM or any ballistic missile, but rather a hypersonic glide vehicle (HGV) test, DF-17 or DF-27 if I had to guess. Very interesting footage, probably some of the first actual footage of what a hypersonic weapon looks like at launch and in flight. (Aside from the very limited X-51 Waverider footage from over a decade ago).

      It’s completely understandable.

Sadly, test like this is one of the best reminders to the bloodthirsty ruling class in the West to keep their war fantasies from being reality. As long as the imperialists and their desire for war exists, tests like this are necessary.

Fortunately, as shown by the DPRK, the ruling class in the West does not underestimate those type of tests. Even if there are people that do underestimate China, they can’t move the rest of the ruling class into imperialist adventurism that easily.

From our trench, we have to keep fighting against the West blood thirst through protests and agitation.

What do you think the reason is? A message about Venezuela?

Sadly, I am not aware of any reason communicated officially.

However, what I can speculate is that this could be a general deterrence to keep the imperialist beast from getting adventurous ideas in Taiwan or through Afganistan(Trump is trying to get access to base there) -> https://lemmygrad.ml/post/9179345

Trump even made an unhinged message like this:

During a joint press conference alongside UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, Trump emphasized Bagram’s critical location, stating, “We want that base back. It’s an hour away from where China makes its nuclear weapons.”

I would guess a response to the generally volatile moment we’re in, not specifically venezuela, got to remind people what time it is and that your shit actually works once in a while
