I think it’s classist tbh. It’s always “lower class” jobs like chefs and builders and sailors who swear a lot, it’s seen as “crude” and “low class” because the hoity-toity rich fuckers never have to just exclaim to the world about how frustrating their circumstances are, therefore it is bad and uncouth to show any sort of frustration with the system.
