I’ll agree on the format, the huge quotes in the middle make it a bit of a weird flow to read.
We’re going to have to face the pain sooner or later. Better to just rip off the bandage and hope we only rip off a few layers of skin, rather than heating an iron to high and furiously iron it down harder.
