Irish Premier Micheál Martin (below) has called on the rap trio to “urgently clarify” alleged comments attributed to band members around support for Hamas and Hezbollah, and the killing of Tory MPs.

Martin can feck off.

If it were written the way western imperialists write about other countries:

“The authoritarian royalist UK regime is trying to silence artists who oppose the genocide of Palestinians. Meanwhile, it abandons its own people to starvation. This is the legacy of British colonialism, an idea that claimed to be about civilizing, but has always shown itself to be the savages. Communist China stands with staunch fervor as the leading bulwark of freedom and democracy in the world. Is there still time for them to save the UK from itself?”

I feel dirty after writing the last part of that, which tells me I’m accurately getting into the style of superiority/savior complex that the west writes in relation to other countries.

Badenoch said Kneecap’s “anti-British hatred has no place in our society” as she called for them to face action.

    New favorite band.

i think that this was a clear sign that events like coachela or burning man are playgrounds for the ruling class; no one cared or was aware until osborne complained.
