Tldr; Antiworks is back from blackout and the mods are not sure what’s coming next, but will start pushing updates soon.
I feel like every mod ignoring instructions and getting removed would lead to the best outcome in terms of damage to the platform but some still believe there’s no alternative and want to hold on to their mod position (whether it be for the sake of users or for themselves).
I’d be interested to hear any current mod make a case for themself sticking around, opening up their sub again, in order to keep their role.
Genuinely, I can’t understand why they’d do that. I’m just a user, not a mod, but the changes were enough to make me delete my account. Maybe that’s it, it’s their feeling of loss that stops them leaving.
Just leave. At this point you are no longer antiwork. You are prowork for scum. Leave reddit and never return. This is reddits digg moment.
Do not fall for their shit
I’m not. I’m fully bought into lemmy.
Now. Is there any way to grow lemmy’s antiwork based on r/antiwork?
