That does look very thin (and looong).
Is this geographically correct? Since most world maps dont show countries true size in comparison with others

When you look at a geographical-area corrected map like the Gall-Peters projection, you see why euro-american countries and cartographers are so opposed to it.

Maybe their notion of thin is informed by the gap between their teeth
