    I completed my 3rd day of the week today. I hit chest earlier in the week, and today I did legs. I did about 4x6 sets of a plate and 10, though they were somewhat sloppy reps… Granted, the benches are kinda tilted and make my right shoulder feel like it’s gonna pop 😬. There’s probably one bench that doesn’t have that tilt though.

    For legs I kinda skipped like 2 of my exercises and decided on the stair master for about 5 minutes.
