Politico coverage sidesteps the issue of who deleted many of his posts, but mentions and quotes “now deleted posts on X” here. It seems Twitter definitely did suspend his account when people started noticing his promotion of Musk, AfD, and other right-wing Islamophobic posts. It has now been restored. I haven’t personally found any specific evidence that they deleted or removed particular posts before restoring it.
