I’m prepared to bet money that the counteroffensive is going to be 50-70% NATO forces. There is no fucking way Ukraine’s actual military has enough warm bodies still willing or able to fight right now.
they have bodies, but not equipment (what constantly losing it because its deployed to replenish frontline units does)
Some 150k are likely dead. That means some 300-450k injured, some can recover and fight again. They have readied 800-900k for mobilization to ground forces.
So around half their potential is shaved off if you count some injured coming back.
