the only downside to bean, is all the shidding and farding that will take place after you eat them. top tier food otherwise. currently have a stockpile of them thanks to cortana19

No I don’t think so. Best you can do is cook them to mitigate some of it but beans cause this naturally.
Soaking overnight then rinsing should help
