The uni-state, the foreign policy conglomerate which resides in both parties and the bureaucracy, will not allow that U.S. war-crimes or those of its associated forces will ever be prosecuted.

I like the term “uni-state”, it doesn’t have the right-wing/conspiracist/Qanon connotations that the term “deep state” has.
