I think the supportive measures did exactly what they were supposed to. First places of residence should be extremely easy to attain. “Housing as an investment property” though should be difficult or impossible.

You see, China is not so different from us, same thing is happening here…oh wait, no, prices are rising here at a record fast pace, not falling. Sorry my bad, got confused there for a moment and forgot i live in a dystopia where i’ll never be able to afford a home.

But that will mess the economy!! CHINA WILL COLLAPSE THIS WEEK !!!
