A bunch of comrades is close to finish an English translation of this Italian article:

This is intended to fight the misconception of Marxist reserve army of labour made by fascist/thirdwave/querfront authors. The intended readership is comrades and activists. The goal is to give some historical insight by the means of a non-academic dreamlike fiction. [The underlying reference is Dream of the Rarebit Fiend]

Any suggestion?

Or do you mean publishing an actual book or journal article, in paper?

Sorry, I have no idea where, whether in print or online. I’ve never published anything. But if the intended audience is comrades and activists, it might be not as much important where you publish it — though it’s best to use a site that you or one of your comrades control — as where you share the link. You could share it here, you could share directly to comrades who are interested, you could share it on some other left platform. (Well, that’s my thoughts. As I said, I’ve never published anything.)

The article is a longform and the intention is to publish on the web (NO paper). The possibily might be comrades’/migrant activists’ webzines.

medium.com is the most popular and provides a platofor but IMO should be avoided because it’s close-sourced, proprietary and riddled with ads and trackers. there’s https://write.as as an alternative which you can give a look.
