Specifically for foreigners to learn about Western culture (i.e. ruling out anime)? For me I liked Spongebob.

    Always watched Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Medabots, Beyblade, Digimon, Kids Next Door, Tofu’s, Ed, Edd n Eddy religiously as a kid. Also, SpongeBob.

    Think I consider SpongeBob as the GOAT though.
