        Eh. I wouldn’t get too excited. You always have to be careful with pro-Russian westerners on Twitter, if they’re not openly communist chances are they are pretty reactionary and are gonna have really fucked up views on Covid and LGBT issues.

            In Serbia even when someone is pro-Russia, there is 70% chance that he is nationalist fascist religious monarchist and you know the rest. Rarely pro-USSR

      This basically sounds like what Scott Ritter was saying about the movement of troops out of Belarus around Kiev in an earlier phase of the war; that the point of moving threatening contingents close to the capital was to control the movement of the enemy, who’d be forced to move their own units away from other fronts to effectively “check” them in case of an offensive on Kiev itself.
