    To my very core. I went to a funeral and wake recently and had no clue what to say to people. I was tossing mental dice and saying whatever came up “good to see you” “how are you” “glad you’re here” “Its been a while” etc. it was tough bc I have so damn many cousins (Irish family, gma had 10 kids, I have 40-50 cousins ranging from age 15 to late 40s) and half of them are cousins once removed that I don’t know, others are cousins that I feel bad about not knowing. Irish funerals and wakes are usually kinda raucous or get rowdy by the end but the deceased was quite young (20s) and it was tough. Being an introvert doesn’t make it any easier to interact in these situations
