It seems that 2 of these were from Russian fighter jets shadowing the Gerans, and 1 just randomly exploded. Except for Russian state media, I can’t really find any sources specifically mentioning these losses as caused by Gerans, but here’s a Ukrainian media report claiming several aircraft losses in Poltava for unspecified reasons (https://babel.ua/en/news/85599-two-ukrainian-planes-have-crashed-in-poltava-region-over-the-past-two-days)
Yes, the fighter was downed. Photos were published back when it happened. The public consensus here in Russia is that fighters were using cannons to shoot down those cheap ass kamikaze drones to conserve expensive rockets, but got too close and got damaged by an explosion enough to get wrecked.
