China is pretty much the only hope humanity has at this point.
But at what cost?
they do need to increase the diversity last I heard it’s a monoculture so this huge planting is also very vulnerable to disease
I’ve read about that as well a while back, but haven’t followed up recently to see if they’ve started switching it up.
