This video delves into the origins of modern rightwing conspiracy by examining the historical foundations for which they are based upon. I make the argument that conspiracy has long since merged with social, paramilitary and political manifestations on the right. The root of this world view is found within antisemitism. The Christian Identity movement is vital for understanding messages of "small government" and "low taxes" as key players "specifically William Potter Gale" leveraged historical antisemitic conspiracy in creating new organizations from the 1950's-1980's. In that period of time anti-communism, desegregation and tax protest were merged with conspiracies that had previously been relegated to small Christian Identity congregations. I argue that it is from this era "Specifically 1950's-1970's" modern MAGA style Republicans draw from. This video bridges the gap between the proto-militias and political organizations from that time period to the Patriot and Militia movements of the 1990's. These movements later influenced a revival of militias and populism from the right in the form of the Tea Party movement and creation of the Oath Keepers. This political legitimizing of extremism made MAGA and ultimately Jan. 6th possible. The conspiracies that were initially developed from individuals such as Bill Gale have become populist, mainstream language for the right and certain aspects of the internet left (Dirt bag left, anti-imperialists)

Many, many right‐wing conspiracies—again, directly or indirectly—can be traced back to antisemitic tropes. Whether the particular iteration has replaced the word ‘Jew’ with ‘banker’ to make it more socially acceptable, or, perhaps, a concept or story has been so abstracted from the original that it’s actually what the person saying it understands it to mean—words like ‘globalist’ or ‘élite’ &c.—but regardless of what the person or messenger understand the message to be, this is ultimately where those messages come from: antisemitism, and one of those antisemitic tropes is blood libel. We’re going to look at that.
ETA: To be honest, I now regret sharing this video. The author made a video about the supposed ‘Red-Brown alliance’ and he defended solidarity with the Ukrainian army on the grounds that not all of them are neofascists. I should have watched the entire video and checked out his channel before sharing this, but I was in a rush to get something out and this happened to be in my calendar for today. Sigh… oh well.

It seems pretty well researched, but he seemed to group all “populist” groups together kind of displaying a kind of liberalism. Also he traces things in terms of tropes in an idealist manner like a liberal rather than a materialist.
Thanks. Now I know about British Israelism and how absolutely insane their worldview is. Its a way to square the circle of worshiping the god of the Jewish people that protects the descendants of Abraham, yet not be Jewish. The people that call themselves Jews are not really Jews. We are the real Jews. LOL.
Their god allows “chosen people” to enslave and genocide others. They are truly a blight upon this earth.
