If communists are not anti American, why do some of them say “death to America”? I’m genuinely curious, I’ve been trying to understand alternate perspectives but it is confusing reading some of the communist interactions on lemmy. Are they trying to be ironic, or are those just foreign propaganda trolls, or do some communists actually want to see a whole country burn, innocent children and all?
