Interesting to see that deforestation has dropped by 66% recently and that Lula plans to stop it completely by 2030. I know he’s not perfect (thanks to Brazilian comrades on here). But if he can wrap the Brazilian economy tighter into BRICS+ before the next election/coup, there might be a real chance of embedding that kind of sustainability.
