For this type of funny website I use the password manager on my Ledger nano s (which I only use for the password manager feature - YES it is overkill) which emulates a keyboard hehe ¯\_◉‿◉_/¯
Yes, because they don’t want you copying it from passwords.txt haha.
On a serious note have you tried keypassXC?
it can type in where your curser is and its VERY satisfying to watch it circumventing those archaic no-paste fields.
My bank blanks out the username and password fields with other text on submission. Not sure what the intention was, but it means that Firefox and password managers will remember the wrong information.
Meanwhile my bank’s archaic website does not allow pasting test into the password box.

Yeah I end up using xdotool for this kind of stuff

I use rofi-pass with passwordstore.org
It uses xdotool to emulate keystrokes so it works on my bank website.
Rofi-pass? Is it some kind of pass fork?
https://github.com/carnager/rofi-pass
It is a bash script that lets you interact with pass store via rofi.

My bank uses SMS 2FA…
Switch to postfinance. Thank me later.
