    It’s easy:

    File ICC arrest orders against the CC issuers (likely Visa and Mastercard). Issue a statement that civilian arrest and expatriation of those targets is permitted. Watch them squirm.

    I wonder if she realized by now, by being punished for stepping out of the line, how her whole career before that was to be a colonial judge to harass “African warlords and thugs like Putin”.
