Our Sandinista People’s Revolution continues to advance in the protection of Life, achieving a 65% reduction in neonatal mortality, comparing 2024 to 2025.

This progress has been made possible thanks to the strengthening of care during pregnancy, childbirth and the first days of life, the improvement of equipment in Health Units, neonatal care rooms, the support from Maternity Homes and the constant training of Health workers.

We continue to care for life with Love, Hope and Revolutionary Commitment, in this Nicaragua that is moving forward with Health, Peace and Dignity for our families.
