    1. She’s not a landlord. The land she got was because of the vietnamese land reform. Every rural family has a small plot of land to plant stuff on, essentially a ensurance against famine. She had neither the time, nor the need to do so, so she let her extended family use it.
    2. What group do you mean? Because that would be quite ironic, considering that she’s bi.

        Jup, it really wasn’t much. In the worst case you could growq some food there which would lessen the impact of food shortages, but that’s about it.
