    What is CPTPP?

Edit: If it is Comprehensive Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership I will be very confused.

      CPTPP

I think that’s the point. They’ve come up with a bizarre way of classifying Pacific rim countries that excludes China, and lumped the EU together in order to portray China as being #3 instead of #1.

I get that but using CPTPP is kinda reaching. I didn’t know what it was until I just searched it right now. I am sure 80% of the people seeing this will be equally confused.

But why EU? I was used that every European country was ranked individually. Is this new, have I miss something or am I plain wrong?

It’s just to show that the west is winning over evil commies. It makes no sense otherwise.

The picture is pretty low res but it looks like the flags line up with the Comprehensive Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership.

The countries are not really that culturally tied or part of a real geopolitical block.

The only reason they have done this I think is to make the EU grouping seem less obviously cope by having another grouping on the board.
