Cause an unnecessary problem. Bigger is better. If it is big enough to cause the extinction of humanity, this is ideal.

Rather than selling an all-out solution to the problem, focus on implementing half measures that you can charge a rent on.

If there are competitors who have better products than your half-measures, you must crush them by any means necessary. Lobbying, hitmen, getting their workforce unionized, hostile takeovers, or letting them slide gradually into irrelevance, it’s all on the table.

Continue until the West has fallen. Then enslave or liquidate whoever is left.

They aren’t paid enough if you ask me. If they were paid more, that would increase the GDP, thus making everyone happier.

See this is why I don’t get depression. America has one of the highest GDPs in the world. Why can’t you be happy then?

Canada got it right. If one does not get euphoric seeing line go up we have no choice but to euthanise them.

Yes. If you are unhappy when the GDP is high, something is wrong with you, and you should dive headfirst into the cosmic meat grinder we’ve set up at your convenient local clinic. Much faster than trying to get disability or healthcare benefits! Whatever you do, don’t do anything to change the society that is making you unhappy! That would be difficult and therefore not worth it! The oblivion of the meat grinder is much more convenient, blissful, and not to mention taaty for the people who own it.
