Fucking hell it’s June already.

After a weekend of bike packing I fell ill with food poisoning and I was out for three days. I ate almost nothing and exercise was not possible. Tomorrow I will go back to the gym as usual though.

I’ve gotten used to the cold showers and it’s pretty much a routine thing now. Can’t say I feel lightyears better because of it, but since the weather is getting warmer it’s sort of nice every morning.

Mental health is neutral-ish.

I Don’t reply to this threads a long time ago, so huge text incoming.

Well, firstly I joined a Olympic weightlifting team, working together with a coach made my technique improve marginally faster, in a span of 3 months went from doing a poor clean+jerk with 40 kg to one in 65kg with proper technique (best clean is 75 but I fail the jerk with 65+). (Still haven’t competed, intend to do so next season). My snatch went from doing 20kg (bar only) with an awful technique to a 40kg one with easy.

I have also improved my personal bests in all other movements, my back squat is 90kg and my front squat is 90kg (this one I did it today, time to find my new pr in back squat), feeling really strong, my deadlift is now 110kg.

At a nutritional level, I have been accompanied by a professional, and as able to gain 5kg currently weighting ~63kg (my objective is going up to 73kg).

    Felling strong as well!!!

tldr: improved my diet, got a coach, better/bigger lifts :)
