It’s one of the reasons why it’s so interesting. Mexico, Costa Rica, UAE, and Malaysia are red. Meanwhile, Italy and Czech Republic are blue. The Baltic states are red and Ukraine is blue.
Its close but not a perfect simulation of “always the same map” (not that any of them really are) but the small differences are intriguing.

I just tested it, it seems to only work with gifs.
Lemmygrad (or just Lemmy in general) tends to turn GIFs into MP4s for some unknown reason when uploaded.
